How to Fix Autel AL619 Update Failure?
If your Autel AL619 has failed to update and is no longer functioning properly, don't worry. This guide will walk you through the steps to resolve the issue, whether you're encountering a blue screen or a program authorization failure.
Step 1: Power Down the Tool
First, unplug the tool from any connections. Then, press and hold the power button for at least 60 seconds or until the device powers off completely.
Step 2: Connect to Your PC and Open Maxi PC Suite
Plug the USB cable into your PC. Open the Maxi PC Suite. If there are updates available, proceed to uninstall the problematic update.
Uninstall the Update
If the suite shows no available updates, switch to the "Uninstalled" tab at the top of the suite. On the left side, choose "Select All", and then select "Uninstall" on the right.
Step 3: Refresh and Reinstall the Update
Without unplugging the tool, switch back to the "Updates Available" tab at the top of the suite. If the necessary update does not appear, refresh the update list.
Refreshing the Update
Click the "Refresh" button on the top left. Then choose "Select All" on the lower left, and "Update Selected" on the lower right.
Step 4: Complete the Process
Once all updates are completed, and you see no more updates available, you can unplug the tool and power it back on. Everything should be back to normal, and your device will be ready to use.
