Autel Scanner Software Subscription FAQ

1. What does the subscription include?

With an active subscription, you will receive the latest software updates and gain access to online functions that require a connection to Autel servers.

2. If I haven't updated for two or three years, do I need to buy multiple years of subscription?

No, you only need to subscribe for one year to get the latest software. For example, if you purchased your device in 2022 but only renew in 2025, your new expiration date will be 2026.

3. Is a monthly subscription available?

Currently, monthly subscriptions are not supported.

4. Where can I purchase the subscription?

You can purchase the subscription directly from your Autel tablet or through an authorized dealer by obtaining a TCP card with an activation code.
