How to Upload MaxiTools Log for Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing issues with your Autel device such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or non-vehicle software problems, uploading a log file can help us diagnose the issue quickly. Below are step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process of uploading the log.
Method 1: Uploading Log After Encountering an Issue
When your device encounters a problem, it's best to upload the log immediately.
- Find the “MaxiTools” icon on your desktop and click to open it.
- Click on the “Start” button.
- Wait for a moment, then click “Upload” to send the log file.
Method 2: Before the Error Occurs
- Find the “MaxiTools” icon on your desktop and click to open it.
- Click on the “Monitor” tab at the top.
- Click “Start” to begin monitoring.
- Reproduce the issue/error you are facing.
- Once the issue occurs, click “Stop” to end the monitoring.
- Click “Upload” to send the log file.
Additional Steps for Wi-Fi Issues
If you're facing Wi-Fi connection issues and the device is unable to connect to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:

- Find the file located in: Files > All storage > Internal Storage > Applog.
